anxiety. what do we know about it. it is described as “a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome”
my version is more realistic. don’t do something you will be anxious for. sometimes we put ourselves in situations that make us feel anxious and the reasons are all so unique. maybe people just don’t realize how ridiculous it is to feel this way especially if one is certain about what their next move is in life. when you face a time in your life when all but truth and reality, living in the moment, there should be no anxiety. there should only be the understanding of having the confidence to never feel anxious.
all should be smooth, all should be calm and yet human beings put themselves through the worse situations and for what? the gratification of become important, a name, a being.
it amazes me how people will stop and nothing to feel these emotions only to put themselves through something that might happen and never really does. i live by my “motto”, if it’s meant to be it will be.
there is no easy solutions to tragedy, upset, outcomes of a negative nature but only the word “nurture”. be good to yourself and remember that if you aren’t happy or living the life you want, you and you alone can change this. if this is something that you can’t make real, it is because it really isn’t meant for you or in this lifetime.
